a) When visiting the website
When visiting our website www.licharz.de, the browser being used on your device automatically transmits information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without intervention from you and stored until automatically erased:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time visited
- Name and URL of the file retrieved
- Website from where it is accessed (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider
We process this data for the following purposes:

c) When using our contact form
Should you have questions of any kind, you may contact us using the contact form on the website. You will need to enter a valid e-mail address and the message to ensure we know who sent the enquiry and to allow us to respond. Additional information is provided on a voluntary basis.
Data processing for contact purposes is only conducted based on your voluntary consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR.
Personal data collected to use the contact form is automatically erased after processing your enquiry.
3. Disclosure of data
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

- There is a legal obligation for disclosure under Art. 6(1)(1)(c) GDPR.
- This is legally permissible and required pursuant to Article 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR for pursuing contractual relations with you.

- Pursuat to Art. 16 GDPR, you can request the immediate rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.
- Pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, you can request the erasure of your personal data stored with us, unless processing is required to exercise the right of free expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, you can request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, provided that you contest the accuracy of the data, that, while processing the data is unlawful, you object to the their erasure and we no longer require them but you require them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or that you have objected to their processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
- Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, you can ask to obtain the data you provided to us in a structured, standard, machine-readable format or have it transferred to another controller.
- Pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR, you can revoke your previously given consent at any time. As a result of this, we will no longer be able to process data based on this consent in the future.
- Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a general rule can contact the supervisory authority at your normal place of residence or at our registered office for this purpose.
6. Right to object
If your personal data are processed on legitimate interests based on Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation or if you object to direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by us without the need for you to specify a special situation.

7. Data security
We use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. This is typically 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can determine whether a specific page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form based on the closed key or lock icon in the bottom status bar of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, corruption or unauthorised access by third parties.
